The ambiance and pool area were lovely, and the staff provided friendly service overall. However, the shuttle was infrequently available, leading to long wait times and limited local transport options. Plus, the room's mattress felt a bit worn out, which affected my comfort during the stay.

The warm welcome from the staff and the lush pool area made our stay at Ramada Encore incredibly enjoyable. We particularly loved the tasty breakfast options that kept us excited for each morning.

What really sold it for us was the pool access room, just a small step out from our patio and we were right into the water, it was perfect for lazy days. Also gotta give a shoutout to the staff, especially Eka, he made sure our room was clean and comfy every day, it had us feeling at home.

Just a proper fit for a short stint in Seminyak with good value considering the price it charged. The poolside service was top-notch, especially from Ali and Alit, who were super attentive. Make sure to ask for their help when lounging by the pool.

My room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat at the end of each day. One downside was the bathroom. it had a slight musty smell, which could have been freshened up. The location, though quiet, required a bit of effort to get to the main areas, and catching a taxi involved a longer walk due to the aggressive local drivers pushing their services. Overall, the positives really outweighed the negatives for me.
